Because every household in Warrington is unique, our pricing is designed to be completely flexible. We operate on a straightforward Base Rate + Custom Add-On model. This ensures you only ever pay for the exact level of care your property and animals require whilst you are away.
How to pay – you have options:
- Book and Pay online using our booking system
- Request a booking via our contact for or email and pay by bank transfer (option to pay a deposit and balance this way)
- Call us book and then pay by bank transfer or in cash prior to booking dates (option to pay a deposit and balance this way)

1. Our Daily Visit Base Rates
Every single visit we make to your property includes our core home security and management essentials as standard. During this visit, we will complete a full internal and external property check, collect your post, and manage your wheelie bins according to the local council calendar.
- Standard Single Home Check/ Ad-Hoc Daily Visit: £10.00 per visit
- Perfect for weekend breaks, overnight business trips, or one-off days away.
- The Weekly Block Booking Discount (7 Days+): £60.00 per week
- Our most popular option for holidays. This rewards longer bookings by bringing your daily rate down to just under £8.50 per day.
2. Tailored Pet & Garden Add-Ons (Per Daily Visit)
If your home requires a little extra attention beyond our standard security and house checks, you can seamlessly add extra care modules to your daily visit. To keep things beautifully simple, every optional add-on is a flat rate of just £2.00.

3. Our Premium Travel Upgrades
The “Welcome Home” Food Pack – £12.00
There is nothing quite like the feeling of returning from a long journey to a warm cup of tea and a proper slice of toast. With our Welcome Home service, we will visit the local shop on the day of your return to stock your fridge with fresh essentials—typically a loaf of bread, fresh milk, and butter.
- Please note: The £12.00 fee covers a basic loaf of white bread, a small milk (full fat or semi- skimmed), a block of butter, plus our time.
Professional Lock Box Installation – From £150 in partnership with Poppy Locks
If you prefer that your house keys never leave your property, we can supply and professionally install a heavy-duty, key safe to a discreet external masonry wall. This is a one-off service that provides a permanent backup for your family and allows us secure access whenever you book us.
